About Course
Course Objectives
This module provides learners with an understanding of the vital role of supply chain management in end-to-end trade operations. Coverage on supply chain strategies, network designs and performance will train learners in skills such as solutions design thinking, systems thinking and business planning. Learners will gain an appreciation of the importance of having an agile and resilient supply chain.Course Description
On completion of this module, learners are able to:1. Describe the key concepts and principles of supply chain management and how they relate to end-to-end trade operations.
2. Formulate effective supply chain strategies and design optimized supply chain distribution network to improve customer satisfaction and reduce cost of business operations.
3. Evaluate the key drivers to be considered in Supply Chain Performance for businesses to remain competitive.
4. Explain how supply chain management and business planning integration contribute to customer value.
5. Propose innovative solutions that enhance the agility and resilience of the supply chain for businesses to support the needs of the customer in an unpredictable environment.

A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to learner who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all required assessment(s).

Entry Requirements
Applicant must possess either of the following qualification:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 3 passes including English and Mathematics
- NITEC (in any field)
- Higher NITEC (in any field)

Refund and withdrawal policy
- Please note that a 100% refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted more than or equal to 14 days before the course start date.
- Please note that a 50% refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted less than 14 days before the course start date.
- Please note that no refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted on or after the course start date.
Remarks

(iii) fail to meet terms and conditions for funding eligibility.
SFC cannot be used to offset penalty charges imposed by Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
